I have long dreamed of creating a community in Eretz Yisroel. I have dreamed about how beautiful it would be to take the energy, achdus and kedusha we have created together here in Baltimore and channel it to establish a sister kehilla in Eretz Yisroel. A number of months ago, I was approached about a new project in the Katamonim neighborhood in Yerushalayim. 

This is a special opportunity to settle together in Yerushalayim and have a dedicated shul and a unique kehilla experience.  While I will not personally be making aliyah at this time, we will have a dedicated rabbinic team in place to ensure a full-service, thriving kehilla, with shiurim, programming, and opportunities for growth and connection for all.

This kehilla is deeply personal to me. I look forward to watching it grow, flourish, and build something lasting together.
